Marathon Training: Week 7 + Runger – Intuitive Eating, Running and Recipes

  • I was able to get in some speedwork and a long run, as well as a medium run and some cross-training.
  • Monday was a travel day back from Vermont so that was an off day.
  • Ideally, I’d like to incorporate strength training 2x/week, but I haven’t been super diligent about that.
  • Granted, I do a shakeout on Saturdays after Friday’s long run
